target start date is 2/19.


Best c2c rate $55/hr.


Location: 100% remote (PST is preferred, but not necessary)


      • Pillar #1: Working with SVP of HR on data and requisition management
      • Pillar #2: Project Management and Communications (Speaking with Managers/the business about different programs)
      • Pillar #3: Looking at reports (leveraging different tools - PowerBI, SuccessFactors, Qualtrics)
      • Pillar #4: Client facing communications - ability to interact with the business and present findings if needed (good professionalism)
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience with SuccessFactors, PowerBI, Qualtrics is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data and Requisition Management:
    • Collaborate with HR SVP on managing data and requisitions.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance.
  2. Project Management and Communications:
    • Communicate effectively with managers and business stakeholders about various programs and initiatives.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Utilize tools such as PowerBI, SuccessFactors, and Qualtrics to generate and analyze reports.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  4. Client-Facing Communications:
    • Interact professionally with business clients and present findings as needed.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR project management OR HR PM coordination
  • Proficiency in using PowerBI, SuccessFactors, and Qualtrics is preferred
  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
