Client Service Associate

Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Client Service Associate Our client, a growing wealth management practice based in Scottsdale, is hiring a Client Service Associate. The right candidate should have high attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and be a proactive problem solver. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Coordinating and scheduling client meetings Manage the client onboarding experience by assisting with applications, and other tasks Triage and assist with client service requests Keep accurate records in the CRM system Work with other team members to ensure case preparation is completed for advisor’s client meetings Handle other administrative duties for the practice Qualifications: 2 years of experience in Financial services experience is preferred Experience using Microsoft office and Excel Works well in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred Location: Scottsdale, AZ – 3 days in office Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
