Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and detailed assessments of children to identify developmental delays or disabilities.

• Participate actively in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique needs.

• Monitor developmental outcomes collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring that objectives are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges or delays. The LCSW will engage with families through early intervention services designed to support physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
