This position operates entirely via a telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients in the comfort of their own surroundings. Our practice prioritizes work-life balance, providing a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that encourage a sense of community and provide education about mental health issues.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to offer integrated and comprehensive patient care.

• Respond effectively to mental health crises by providing immediate support and intervention when necessary.

• Educate clients on their mental health challenges and available resources, empowering them to manage their conditions more effectively.

• Maintain clear and confidential patient records in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
