Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions using various modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward their therapeutic goals regularly, making adjustments as necessary to optimize treatment effectiveness.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to facilitate access to care for clients with scheduling conflicts or mobility challenges, ensuring continuity of support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
