Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical support by working with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and within the community.

• Monitoring client progression through admission processes, treatment stays, and discharge criteria.

• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, including reports and data submissions.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A deep understanding of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment protocols for diverse populations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to document and report accurately.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills needed to navigate complex client situations.
