Are you an experienced bookkeeper who enjoys owning the entire accounting process? We're looking for a detail-oriented  Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities while providing accurate financial reporting and valuable financial insights to leadership.

In this role, you'll oversee the full accounting cycle, from accounts payable and receivable to month-end close, financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow management. What You'll Do

• Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across multiple entities.
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation.
• Prepare and file multi-state sales tax returns.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory tracking and cost allocation.
• Oversee job costing, Work in Progress (WIP) schedules, and Percentage of Completion accounting.
• Serve as payroll backup when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple companies, branches, or entities.
• Proficiency with  QuickBooks Online (Enterprise experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance.
• Construction accounting experience, including job costing, WIP schedules, and Percentage of Completion Method.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost allocation.
• Working knowledge of payroll processing.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

What to Expect

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Orlando. The role is primarily desk-based but may occasionally require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. While the standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, flexibility is expected during month-end, year-end, and other peak business periods.
