Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
\n
• Document clinical sessions in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system accurately and in a timely manner to maintain compliance and support quality assurance.

• Participate in regular virtual team meetings to discuss and share best practices, challenges, and success stories in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Frontier Counseling Services, your primary focus will be on adult clients. You will serve a diverse population, including individuals from various racial and ethnic backgrounds, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Experience working with these vulnerable populations is highly valued as we aim to provide inclusive and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LICSW license valid in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Proficient in providing psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and above.
\n
• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies in practice.

• Familiarity with issues specifically affecting the LGBTQIA+ and men's mental health sectors.

Compensation and Benefits\n
