Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, develop treatment plans, and implement short-term counseling strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address various mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and grief/loss.

• Provide case management services by coordinating care and advocating for clients, ensuring they receive holistic support throughout their treatment journey.

• Participate in interprofessional team meetings to discuss cases, collaborate on treatment plans, and contribute to crisis intervention efforts when necessary.
