Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will encompass various aspects of mental health care, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments and diagnoses using evidence-based approaches to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Delivering individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, tailoring each session to the unique needs of your clients.

• Documenting patient progress through therapeutic notes and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external organizations to provide comprehensive care, referring clients to additional resources when necessary.

• Participating in regular training and professional development to stay current with therapeutic best practices and relevant state and federal regulations.

• Contributing to a positive workplace culture through open communication, team meetings, and feedback sessions.

Qualifications\n

A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
\n
• Active registration and licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) are mandatory.

• Good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (CA BBS) is essential.
\n
• Registration with CAQH is preferred; being paneled with Alameda Alliance is a plus.
\n
• Strong proficiency in clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle a caseload effectively.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative working atmosphere.

• Dependable, punctual, and flexible in meeting changing demands in a growing practice.

• Bilingual candidates, especially in Spanish and additional languages, are highly encouraged to apply, with a salary differential offered for bilingual skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement includes a Bachelor’s degree, candidates with advanced degrees (such as a Master's in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy) and experience across a diverse range of age groups and disorders will be prioritized. Candidates with significant experience in telehealth modalities and those familiar with culturally competent therapy practices are particularly encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
