Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental well-being.

• Guiding clients in exploring their emotions and experiences to foster personal insight and improve relationships.

• Acting as an advocate for clients to help them set and define their mental health goals.

• Evaluating clients' mental health conditions, and developing and executing treatment plans based on solution-focused methodologies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients who have been carefully screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. Our clients are paired with you based on shared specialties and demographic preferences, helping to create a cohesive therapeutic experience that respects both your expertise and clients’ comfort.

Qualifications\n

We require candidates to meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in California, including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred Experience\n
