Network Support Analyst

Salary: $124,800 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or consulting.
• We prefer experience with enterprise networking platforms and multi-vendor environments.
• We look for strong client-facing skills and the ability to oversee implementations from start to finish.
• Experience in consulting firms, VARs, or large corporate IT settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with MSP or IT operations models is considered an advantage.
• English fluency is required.
• Local candidates based in Calgary, AB are required.

• We design and deliver network solutions, from simple rollouts to complex multi-site deployments.
• We work directly with clients to manage project execution, expectations, and technical results.
• We support integration across networking, security, wireless, server, and storage environments.
• We contribute to pre-sales efforts and solution validation when needed.
• We participate in long-term client support, project-based engagements, and internal initiatives.
• We collaborate on consulting assignments that may range from full-time to flexible contract work.
