Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose clients accurately, followed by developing and implementing tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring timely documentation that adheres to clinic policies, including progress notes and treatment reviews.

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing innovative techniques that resonate with diverse client backgrounds.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including case managers and healthcare staff, to provide holistic support for clients, ensuring all aspects of their care are coordinated effectively.

• Provide education to clients and families about treatment options and community resources, fostering collaboration and engagement in the healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, particularly those impacted by the complexities of the correctional system. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in various therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
