Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in dynamic Child and Family team meetings to collaboratively develop treatment plans and review services, sharing insights and progress regarding client care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, crafting individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals, while documenting treatment updates and progress in compliance with agency standards.

• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality regulations, ensuring all client records are safeguarded and handled with the utmost care and respect.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to effectively diagnose and treat children and adolescents, employing evidence-based practices and innovative strategies tailored to their developmental stages.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate effective therapeutic strategies that empower clients, utilizing individual and group therapy methodologies as appropriate.

Qualifications\n
