Description - Your Contributions

• Evaluate test results for accuracy, address any issues, and oversee preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Ensure all procedures are documented meticulously, mentor new personnel, and uphold high standards of laboratory quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be earned within the first year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification is maintained throughout your tenure.
