Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize various mental health therapy techniques to deliver high-quality services to individuals and families, addressing their specific emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to formulate initial treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on client treatment plans, adapting techniques to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapeutic interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.

• Manage a designated caseload effectively while ensuring that client care standards and protocols are consistently met.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate with peers on best practices and interventions.

• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic demeanor towards clients and work proactively to address and resolve patient concerns.

• Uphold client safety as a primary concern throughout the counseling process.

• Perform additional duties as assigned that contribute to the overall success of the therapy program.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be directed towards clients across the lifespan, including adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with families to address complex issues and facilitate healing through tailored therapeutic interventions. This role demands a sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and the ability to adapt counseling strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Ability to receive state licensure, if not already obtained, will also be considered.

Preferred Experience\n

We seek candidates with at least two years of direct experience working with a diverse range of clients, including both children and adults, preferably in a telehealth setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be beneficial, and experience with specific populations or presenting issues will enhance your contribution to our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
