Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, many of whom struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of clients from various cultural backgrounds will be essential in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard and supported.

Qualifications\n

  Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

  At least two years of related clinical experience providing mental health services.

  In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you to our practice.
