Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to better understand clients’ needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to client-specific challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at promoting interpersonal skills and shared experiences among clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in alignment with legal and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing to collaborative treatment strategies and ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
