Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement duty-to-warn and mandated reporting as necessary to ensure patient safety.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual cases.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive, client-centered treatment approaches that promote emotional healing.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Collect and analyze patient data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and document findings in client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will support include patients facing terminal illnesses and their families, often experiencing significant emotional distress. You will be instrumental in helping them cope with the psychological, social, and emotional challenges associated with end-of-life care. Your expertise will guide them in navigating grief, loss, and the many complexities that arise during this sensitive time.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work or a related mental health field is required.

• A current professional LCSW license to practice in California.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Strong diagnostic and evaluative skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
