UTAC konserniin kuuluva UTAC Finland on puolueeton ajoneuvojen, renkaiden ja komponenttien testaukseen erikoistunut kasvuyritys, joka tarjoaa kahdessa Ivalossa sijaitsevassa testikeskuksessa kansainvälisille asiakkailleen ympärivuotiset talviolosuhteet sekä ulkotestiradoilla ja Indoor-sisätestaushalleissa. Työpaikan kuvaus Taloushallinnon assistentti / Finance Assistant Etsimme UTAC Finlandin taloushallinnon tiimiimme taloushallinnon assistenttia tässä vaiheessa määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen Ivaloon. Tarjolla on kiinnostava, nopeatempoinen ja kansainvälinen työympäristö, jossa on mahdollisuus käyttää laajasti osaamista ja samalla oppia uutta. Taloushallinnon assistentintyötehtäviin kuuluu mm. monipuolista sisäistä talouden raportointia. Talousassistentin rooli tukee organisaation taloushallinnon sujuvuutta ja tarkkuutta. Tehtävä on osa talous- ja henkilöstötiimiä ja sen tarkoituksena on varmistaa päivittäisten talousprosessien toteutuminen sekä tukea raportointia ja kirjanpitoa. Lisäksi henkilö osallistuu päivittäisiin rahoitukseen ja maksuliikenteeseen sekä verotukseen liittyviin tehtäviin. Taloushallinnon assistentti toimii tiiviissä yhteistyössä oman tiimin ja konsernin taloushallinnon kanssa. Arvostamme innokkuutta tehdä oman tehtävänkuvan lisäksi tarvittaessamyösmuita taloushallinnon tehtäviä. Tehtävä edellyttää asumista alueella ja mahdollisuutta oman auton käyttöön. Vastuualueet ja työtehtävät: Ostolaskujen ja myyntireskontran käsittely Laskutuksen ja maksuliikenteen seuranta Kirjanpidon avustavat tehtävät (esim. tiliotteiden kirjaaminen, täsmäytykset) Kassavirtaennusteiden ja talousraporttien valmistelu Talousjärjestelmien käyttö ja tietojen oikeellisuuden varmistaminen Yhteistyö tiimin ja sidosryhmien kanssa Mahdollinen osallistuminen verotukseen liittyviin tehtäviin (esim. ALV-ilmoitukset) Työ voi sisältää kiirehuippuja esim. kuukauden vaihteessa tai tilinpäätösaikaan Mitä tarjoamme sinulle?
