HireHappi is recruiting for a client: a growing, design-first data and AI services company. It partners with large enterprises in Media & Entertainment and Consumer Packaged Goods, as well as Retail and Insurance, and takes AI from strategy to systems running in production. The services cover AI strategy, data engineering, custom AI/GenAI/ML, BI, MLOps and managed services. The team operates across the US and India and moves with startup speed and enterprise rigor.

The role

\n

You will own and grow a portfolio of the company's most important enterprise accounts, representing roughly half of company revenue. This is an account-growth role. You will expand existing relationships, add workstreams and resources, secure renewals, and stay close enough to delivery to keep clients confident. Day-to-day project management is not the focus.

What you will do

\n

\n
• Own a portfolio of Media & Entertainment and CPG accounts as the primary point of contact, from working-level leads to VP and C-suite.
\n
• Grow each account: spot and qualify expansion opportunities, such as extending a pilot, adding teams, moving from strategy to production builds, or adding onshore and offshore resources.
\n
• Own renewals, account plans, pipeline and forecast against revenue targets.
\n
• Run QBRs and executive check-ins that show the value delivered and agree on next priorities.
\n
• Work with leadership on proposals, scopes, statements of work and commercials, including time-and-materials and per-resource staffing models across US and India teams.
\n
• Oversee delivery health with the engineering and data science teams, flagging risks early and making sure work ends in measurable, adopted outcomes.

What you bring

\n

\n
• 4–7+ years in account management, client partner, client services or engagement management roles at a data, analytics, AI, technology or professional services firm.
\n
• Required: client-facing experience with Media & Entertainment or CPG enterprises (either counts equally).
\n
• A track record of owning client accounts and growing them, with renewals, expansions or revenue numbers you can speak to.
\n
• Comfort with services commercial models (SOWs, T&M, per-resource billing, onshore/offshore staffing).
\n
• Experience in a startup or fast-growth environment.
\n
• The ability to explain data and AI work in plain business language.
\n
• Location: based in, or able to work hybrid from, the NYC / NJ / Philadelphia area. Candidates elsewhere on the East Coast within a reasonable commute or short flight will also be considered.
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
\n

• Background at a data science or analytics services firm.
\n
• Familiarity with data platforms, ML, GenAI or agentic workflows.
\n
• Experience working with distributed US–India delivery teams.
\n
• A PMP or Agile certification.
\n

\n

Compensation

\n

Base salary range: $160,000–$185,000 per year . The final base salary within this range depends on experience and qualifications.
