Senior Administrative Assistant I

Application Deadline: 07/15/2026 Location: 320 S Canal Street Position Overview The role provides high‑quality administrative and operational support to 4–6 leaders, ensuring all processes and controls are followed while contributing to continuous improvement and efficient business operations. Responsibilities Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, book rooms and arrange resources. Provide comprehensive clerical, financial and HR administrative support. Collect, analyze and present data through regular reports and dashboards. Process invoices and expense claims, track expenses against budget and prepare reports. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight and hotel reservations. Plan and execute department events and training sessions. Maintain filing systems, supplies inventory and office equipment. Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors. Prepare and distribute communications, presentations, policies and procedures. Provide coaching and mentoring to junior administrative staff. Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying variances and opportunities for cost savings. Apply the Risk Management Framework to make sound, risk‑informed decisions aligned with business strategy. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive experience in an administrative or professional support function. Post‑secondary degree in a related field. In‑depth verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and team‑working abilities. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Influence skills to work effectively with senior leaders. Proficient with office systems and reporting tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $45,000.00 – $83,000.00 (Salaried). Eligible for performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses and other benefits such as health and dental insurance, retirement savings plans, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance.
