Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
- Understanding of classroom procedures and student behavior management
- Ability to work effectively with children of varying needs and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, specialists, and families
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive, proactive approach to daily challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant training or certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in both group and one-on-one settings with instructional activities and assignments
- Assist teachers in maintaining an organized, inclusive, and proactive learning environment
- Foster positive relationships and encourage student engagement and participation
- Help implement individualized education plans and accommodations as directed by certified staff
- Monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and adjusting support as needed
- Prepare classroom materials and help manage educational resources
- Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and other school activities as required
