Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and understanding when supporting students with diverse abilities and learning needs
• Strong oral and written communication skills for productive collaboration with teachers, specialists, administrators, and families
• Experience implementing behavior support plans and positive intervention strategies consistent with school guidelines
• Skilled in providing instructional assistance and adapting materials under the guidance of certified teachers
• Flexible and highly adaptable when responding to individual student needs and dynamic classroom settings
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards at all times
• Excellent organizational, observational, and recordkeeping skills, crucial for effective data collection and tracking progress
• Ability to follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral objectives

Role Highlights:

• Immediate start, with assignment running through May 2026
• 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Provide support for K-12 students, either 1:1 or within classroom settings
