Sr. Operator Isotope Production

Senior Operator for isotope production at RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary focused on radiopharmaceutical oncology therapies. The role involves executing GMP-compliant isotope production, performing radiochemical separations in hot cells and glove boxes, and ensuring radiation safety compliance on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Execute isotope production including material preparation, equipment setup, batch execution, and waste disposal under GMP and NRC regulations
• Perform radiochemical separations using hot cell equipment and isotope purification in glove box isolators per batch records
• Review completed batch records and production documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Monitor process performance data, identify optimization opportunities with cross-functional teams, and support quality event investigations
• Lead review and revision of SOPs and GMP documentation; promote safety and EHS compliance culture

Requirements

• 6+ years experience operating in GMP manufacturing environment
• Previous hot cell and/or glove box operation experience strongly preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in STEM field preferred
• Strong GMP practice knowledge and radiation safety principles
• Pipetting experience and radiopharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge
• Fluent English with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under production schedule pressure

Compensation: $34.05 - $41.26 per hour
