Operator - Isotope Production

RayzeBio seeks an Isotope Production Operator to execute radiopharmaceutical manufacturing at clinical and commercial scales under GMP and NRC regulations. The role involves hot cell operations, radiochemical separations, and cross-functional collaboration to support oncology drug product development.

Responsibilities

Execute isotope production workflows including material prep, equipment setup, batch execution, and waste disposal per GMP and NRC regulations
Perform radiochemical separations using hot cell equipment and glove box isolators following batch records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and identify efficiency improvements
Support quality event investigations and corrective action implementation
Promote safety and compliance culture with EHS and radiation safety programs

Requirements

1-4 years experience in GMP manufacturing environment
Hot cell and/or glove box operation experience strongly preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in STEM field preferred
Strong GMP knowledge and radiation safety principles understanding
Radiopharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge
Pipetting experience and English language fluency
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills

Compensation: $31.07-$37.64 per hour
