This position plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive mental health care to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders while ensuring they receive the compassionate support they need to recover and thrive.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients in both office and community settings, providing therapeutic support to individuals experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional distress.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and diagnostic assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Create and implement integrated care plans, linking clients with necessary mental health and community services.
\n
• Support clients through various therapeutic techniques, including individual, group, and family therapy, while ensuring a safe and empathetic atmosphere.

• Crisis intervention management, providing immediate support and intervention strategies during critical situations.
\n
• Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and health care providers to ensure continuity of care and shared understanding of treatment objectives.

• Candidly discuss presenting issues with clients, effectively facilitating their involvement in the treatment process and ensuring their voices are heard.

• Monitor case documentation, reviewing progress notes for quality assurance, and ensuring timely completion of reports for program accountability.

• Participate in organizational committees aimed at improving service delivery, ensuring client-focused care is at the forefront of our initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid LCSW credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
