This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is interested in building a long-term career in real estate and property management. This role offers hands‑on exposure to multiple areas of the property management industry. The team is seeking someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, provides excellent resident service, and is interested in growing into a long-term career in real estate. Salary/Hourly Rate $24/hr $55,000 - $62,500 Annually upon permanent conversion Position Overview The Resident Property Associate will provide administrative and operational support to a busy residential property management team while serving as a key point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal departments. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone professional, organized, customer-service-oriented, and genuinely interested in learning the real estate industry. The role offers exposure to Property Management, Leasing, Legal, Compliance, Construction, and Operations. Responsibilities Of The Resident Property Associate Serve as a professional point of contact for residents, vendors, and suppliers. Respond to resident questions, requests, and service-related concerns. Coordinate resident service issues with property staff and outside vendors. Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution. Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports. Track property expenses and support adherence to established budgets. Coordinate the purchasing of business-critical services, supplies, and equipment. Assist with property operations and preventive maintenance tracking. Support compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable requirements. Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives. Work closely with teams across Operations, Leasing, Legal, Compliance, Construction, and Property Management. Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed. Required Experience/Skills For The Resident Property Associate Strong interest in real estate and property management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable working 100% onsite in Corona, Queens. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Resident Property Associate Previous administrative, customer service, property management, or real estate experience. Familiarity with Yardi or other property management systems is a plus. Recent college graduates with an interest in starting a career in real estate are encouraged to apply.
