Client Overview: Our client is a growing technology/SaaS company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support an immediate increase in volume. Salary/Hourly Rate: $28/hr - $35/hr Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high-volume environment, with a focus on urgent payment requests, invoices, and employee expenses. - Process urgent payment requests.
- Process high-volume invoices and employee expenses.
- Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and documentation.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment issues.
- Prioritize AP requests and ensure timely payments.
- Support reconciliations and month-end close activities as needed.
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience managing high-volume invoice and expense processing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with AP/ERP and expense management systems.
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
- Experience handling urgent and time-sensitive payment requests.
- Experience with systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
