The manager will own model building, aligning with stakeholders across the company, presenting to C-Suite execs and will be measured against ambitious accuracy targets.This is a highly strategic role: Rippling is a complex, fast-moving, multi-product company, and we need someone who can deeply understand the drivers of our growth, and inform executive- and Board-level decisions. You'll own complex operating models and partner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to pressure-test your forecasts against on-the-ground reality.You'll join a high-performing team of finance professionals from high-growth tech companies, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital firms. This role will be based in our New York office.What You Will DoBuild and own the financial models that enable Rippling to forecast its business accuratelyDevelop a deep understanding of Rippling’s GTM motions to decompose the drivers of growth and evaluate GTM performancePartner with Sales and Marketing leaders to fold qualitative, on-the-ground signal into the forecastWork with data science and apply statistical techniques to sharpen forecast precision over timeUse the latest technology to automate processes and help Rippling’s finance team operate at scaleOwn monthly board reportingWhat You Will Have6+ years of experience in strategic finance, investing, and/or investment banking. Prior experience at a public company is strongly preferredStrong financial modeling skills with a track record of owning complex operating models end to endA structured, systems-oriented approach to forecastingEnjoys being in the weeds and continuously fine tuning model assumptionsProficiency in SQL and comfort synthesizing large, imperfect datasets into clear insightsAdditional Information Rippling is an equal opportunity employer.
