通过数字化平台运营及患者支持项目、患者组织合作等协同，建立覆盖患者全病程管理的服务体系，持续提升患者教育水平、治疗依从性及长期疾病管理效果，支持业务战略目标达成。 主要职责
1. 患者平台运营与增长
- 负责公司患者服务平台的整体运营工作，对平台核心运营指标负责，包括但不限于患者注册量、拉新转化率、活跃用户数、留存率及患者参与度等；
- 基于患者全病程管理需求，设计并优化患者旅程，持续提升患者体验和平台价值；
- 制定并执行患者增长策略，建立线上线下协同的患者触达与转化机制；
- 通过数据分析持续优化运营策略，提升平台运营效率和患者活跃度。
2. 患者服务项目管理
- 参与患者支持项目的规划与运营落地，包括患者教育、随访管理、依从性提升及长期疾病管理等；
- 协同医学、市场、准入、合规及外部合作伙伴，推动患者服务项目的执行与优化；
- 建立患者服务运营标准和管理机制，确保项目高质量交付。
3. 外部生态合作与资源整合
- 对接患者组织、疾病领域公益机构及第三方服务伙伴，推动患者关怀项目及患者教育活动落地；
- 协同支付支持项目、商业保险及创新支付相关合作方，探索患者可及性提升方案；
- 整合院内外资源，构建患者服务生态体系，提升患者覆盖及服务深度。
4. 数据分析与运营优化
- 建立患者运营数据监测体系，定期输出运营分析报告；
- 基于患者行为数据、服务数据及业务指标，识别运营机会点并推动改善；
- 持续优化患者分层运营体系，实现精准触达和精细化管理。
5. 合规与风险管理
- 确保患者运营活动符合行业法规、数据隐私要求及公司合规政策；
- 与法务、合规及医学团队紧密合作，确保患者服务项目规范开展。
教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，医学、药学、公共卫生、市场营销、生命科学或相关专业优先。
工作经验
- 5年以上医药行业相关工作经验；
- 具有创新药患者运营、患者服务项目或数字患者平台运营经验；
- 有处方药领域患者运营经验，了解患者招募、患者教育及患者依从性管理模式；
- 具有输注类药物、生物制剂、罕见病、自身免疫疾病、神经科学、肿瘤等慢病领域患者运营经验者优先；
- 有患者组织合作、支付支持项目或患者服务供应商管理经验者优先。
专业能力
- 熟悉患者全生命周期管理及患者运营体系建设；
- 具备互联网增长运营思维，熟悉用户增长、留存和活跃度管理方法；
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够基于数据驱动运营决策；
- 优秀的项目管理及跨部门协作能力；
- 熟悉医药行业合规要求及患者隐私保护相关法规。
个人素质
- 以患者为中心，具备较强的同理心和服务意识；
- 良好的沟通协调能力及资源整合能力；
- 结果导向，具备较强的执行力和创新意识。
