Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations for clients to understand their emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices, ensuring they align with each client's unique goals.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of modalities tailored to the client's requirements.

• Regularly track and monitor clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the privacy of each client is protected.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in supervision, training opportunities, and staying informed on the latest advances in mental health treatment.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and quality standards as defined by licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (i.e., LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW).

• Robust clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a proven ability to create effective treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
