This position offers a flexible remote work setting, with an outpatient office available in Chesapeake for occasional in-person interactions and community outreach activities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnostics and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that empower clients through skill-building, enhancing their resilience and coping mechanisms.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and motivational interviewing to address a variety of client challenges.

• Collaborate with clients and, where appropriate, their families to create comprehensive crisis management and wellness plans that include safety, relapse prevention, and recovery steps.

• Document therapeutic sessions in compliance with ethical standards and maintain accurate records in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage actively in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies while providing feedback to peers to enhance service delivery across the team.

Qualifications\n
