Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and formulate individual treatment plans (ITP).

• Maintaining meticulous client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

• Preparing for client sessions by analyzing case notes and conducting relevant research to better understand client issues.

• Participating in small group supervision sessions and team meetings to share insights and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Performing psychometric assessments and collaborating with treating therapists to interpret and report results effectively.

• Coordinating with partner agencies to facilitate referrals and support holistic client care.

• Engaging clients in therapy sessions that promote their mental health and emotional well-being, adapting approaches as needed.

• Contributing to the development and revision of treatment interventions based on client progress and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n
