Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health challenges, ensuring thorough understanding to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that may include various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, offering compassionate support that focuses on personal development and emotional resilience.

• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and diligently track their progress throughout treatment, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who might face mobility challenges or prefer receiving services virtually.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development activities, enhancing both professional expertise and client care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adults to children and adolescents, addressing a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. This multifaceted approach enables our therapists to gain a comprehensive understanding of the family dynamics that influence mental health, thereby enhancing the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid and active LMFT license issued by the State of New York.

• Proficient in delivering individual and couples therapy.

• Experience treating adults and/or children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
