Job Title Business Development Representative – OTE of $85,000+ (Uncapped Commission) Location Austin, Texas Salary Up to $59,000 base salary + OTE of $85,000+ (Uncapped Commission) + Equity The Company My client is a fast-growing technology business operating within the AI and SaaS space, helping enterprise organizations improve decision-making, streamline internal processes, and drive operational efficiency through innovative software solutions. Following an extremely successful Series D funding round and significant expansion across the US market, they are now looking to hire an ambitious Business Development Representative to join their growing commercial team in Austin as they continue scaling aggressively. The Role This is a true hunter-style role focused on new business generation and outbound prospecting. Working closely alongside senior sales leadership, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, booking qualified meetings, and building a pipeline for the wider sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in SaaS sales, with strong progression opportunities into Account Executive positions as the business continues growing. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, splitting time between home and the Austin office. Key Responsibilities Drive outbound prospecting activity to generate new business opportunities Build pipeline across target accounts through strategic outreach campaigns Identify and engage senior stakeholders within prospective client organizations Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to increase pipeline generation Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets Requirements Previous experience in a BDR, SDR, or customer-facing sales role preferred Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders Experience in SaaS, tech sales, or other fast-paced commercial environments is a plus Comfortable working in a target-driven, outbound sales environment Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to progress within software sales My client offers a base salary of up to $59,000 , with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of $85,000+ . In addition, they have introduced a competitive equity package , reflecting their commitment to investing in employees and allowing the team to share in the company's long-term success. While the stated OTE is $85,000+, the hiring manager has shared that many members of the current BDR team are earning closer to $100,000 through commission.
