Role Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of outgoing material and supporting customer relationships. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects while staying updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor non-standard processes to identify and address deviations or non-conformities.
• Assist with customer audits and data requests.
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Track and report on the implementation of improvement measures to prevent reoccurrence.
• Assist with internal and external quality audits, including ISO9001 and customer-specific certifications.
• Ensure all processes meet the required standards and prepare for customer factory inspections.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
• Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
• Update and revise quality documentation as needed to reflect process or product changes.
• Provide quality training for production teams to improve awareness and adherence to quality standards.

Experience/Education:

Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in solar or electronics manufacturing. Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA. Familiarity with ISO9001 and photovoltaic manufacturing standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MES software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Experiences/Education Desired

Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus. This position does not support immigration sponsorship.

The range for this position is $48,530.00 - $66,729.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
