We are an independently operated grocery store chain proudly serving communities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both customers and staff.Qualified candidates should possess:Strong customer service and communication skillsThe ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidaysOpen and reliable availabilityPreferred experience in supervising staff, creating schedules, merchandising, and managing expense controlsWe offer a competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage and a 401(k).If you meet the qualifications and are seeking a rewarding opportunity with room for growth, please submit an updated resume for consideration.Serious inquiries only.
