Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video counseling sessions with clients to explore their mental health concerns and empower them towards positive change.

• Facilitate open discussions to help clients express their emotions and experiences, promoting self-awareness and deeper insights into their relationships.

• Act as a client advocate by assisting them in identifying and articulating their personal goals.

• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and develop personalized treatment plans that are solution-focused and evidence-based.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in compliance with organizational policies and telehealth regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Your expertise will help clients navigate their mental health journeys and equip them with the necessary tools to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is essential: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills are necessary for effective remote counseling and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enhancing your overall compensation package.
