Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our therapeutic team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual counseling as needed, addressing a variety of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief, loss, job stress, and relationship conflicts.

• Conducting family therapy consultations aimed at enhancing communication and resolving conflicts among family members.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
