The successful candidate will work in an engaging outpatient clinic located in Pasadena, California, which embraces a hybrid model of service delivery, allowing therapists to choose between telehealth, in-person, or a combination of both modalities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using both telehealth and in-office formats, adapting to client preferences and needs.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to inform the development of individualized treatment plans that meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or systemic family approaches, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists to create a holistic support network for clients.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and BBS standards.

• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities through participation in weekly clinical supervision and peer consultation groups.

• Contribute to building a positive, creative, and respectful clinic culture that enhances clinician satisfaction and client care.

In this role, you will interact with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LMFT license in the state of California is required; associate registrations will not be considered.

• A competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
