Enterprise Account Executive - Remote | Neara

Role Overview Neara is hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth across its U.S. client base. This role focuses on selling Neara’s engineering-grade 3D modeling software for critical infrastructure, including electricity grids, telecommunications, and rail networks. The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge geospatial technologies such as GIS, Digital Twin, and LiDAR. Job Details Location: United States (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Sales – USA Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary Additional Compensation: Equity and commission opportunities Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets Qualify leads and navigate complex sales cycles using methodologies like Challenger and MEDDPICC Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demos to enterprise clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Stay informed on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree required 5–10 years of experience in SaaS and B2B enterprise sales Proven success using structured sales methodologies Strong communication, negotiation, and prospecting skills Familiarity with geospatial technologies is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and manage a complex sales pipeline Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and flexible work arrangements Opportunity to work on innovative, mission-driven technology Equity and commission-based incentives Click here to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
