Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to gain an understanding of each client’s unique background, emotional challenges, and needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address specific concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues, ensuring clients have clear pathways toward their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in mental health counseling, working with individuals experiencing a range of emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, fostering a safe and trusting environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n
