Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, thereby developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.

• Deliver high-quality evidence-based therapy services via secure video conferencing, employing various therapeutic modalities to best meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and adjustments to treatment as needed throughout the process.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, accommodating client preferences and needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation in compliance with organizational standards, ensuring accountability and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.

• Capacity for empathy, compassion, and deep understanding of client experiences to foster trust and openness.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple clients and maintain thorough documentation remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
