Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client issues and develop effective, individualized treatment plans that reflect therapeutic goals.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual therapy using modalities tailored to promote personal growth and well-being, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions, thus enhancing client engagement regardless of geographical constraints.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold the highest ethical standards in mental health care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities with fellow therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
