Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify individual mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, families, and support groups, using evidence-based practices.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on clients' evolving needs, incorporating feedback from clients and multi-disciplinary team members.

• Engage in crisis intervention and management techniques as necessary, ensuring client safety and appropriate support during acute situations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

The therapist in this role will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults dealing with trauma or relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, valid, and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Pennsylvania is essential.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling is required, showcasing a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, accompanied by a robust benefits package.
