Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and couples experiencing mental health crises.

• Serve as a leader for the mobile crisis intervention team and collaborate with first responders to ensure timely support and care, including transporting clients to appropriate facilities.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges.

• Deliver clinical guidance and oversee the training of team members involved in crisis response.

• Make appropriate referrals for case management, aftercare services, and additional resources as necessary, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
