Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs accurately, including gathering thorough histories and understanding presenting problems.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear and achievable treatment goals tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress through systematic documentation in our digital health records system, ensuring all interventions and progress are accurately recorded.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by coordinating care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded, holistic support.

• Offer education and resources to clients’ families, promoting their understanding and involvement in the therapy process and empowering them to support their loved ones effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
