Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, including their challenges and needs.

• Design individualized therapy plans that focus on evidence-based treatment modalities appropriate for each client.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing both individual and group therapy utilizing culturally responsive methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. Your expertise in navigating varying mental health conditions will be crucial in helping clients achieve stability and empowerment. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of four years of relevant counseling experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
