Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duties will encompass a variety of clinical and support functions, focusing on the following:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults aged 18 and older who face challenges stemming from mental health disorders. Clients may require support in coping with diverse issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social isolation. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Experience practicing independently without the need for supervision, alongside a clean disciplinary record associated with licensure.

• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a genuine empathy toward client experiences.

• Computer literacy and a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
